RWA & Panchayat Collaboration
KAPA actively works with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) and Village Panchayats across Kharar to identify issues, document problems and push for administrative action.
This collaboration ensures that every sector, village and colony has a strong, unified voice.

- Conduct field inspections of roads, cleanliness & drainage
- Document civic issues for reports to SDM/EO/XEN/MC
- Organise cleanliness drives & awareness activities
- Support community meetings and grievance collection
- Coordinate with administration for resolutions
- Help societies prepare issue lists and priority requests
- Build joint teams for surveys and follow-up
